Project Summary:
Perch Advisors worked with The Westchester Community Foundation, part of the NY Community Trust, to build a regional Workforce Development Funders Collaborative for the greater Westchester/Putnam communities, with the intention that the fund would make collaborative grants in growing sector-based workforce training programs in the region. Perch Advisors developed the framework for funder engagement and facilitated working meetings to identify the priority investment areas for 6 funders in the region, resulting in the development of an RFP and inaugural round of grants to 3 organizations focusing on sector based training and job placement within Westchester and Putnam Counties.
