Perch Advisors facilitated working sessions with stakeholders, conducted a SWOT analysis of current programs, a landscape analysis of programs in the greater Pittsburgh area, and determined the feasibility of program expansion including proposed additional capital investment in leased/owned facilities for workforce development training, augmentation of training programs, increase available training seats, advisement of current and future operations, staffing, and fiscal management procedures.
