  • Created a comprehensive digital infrastructure, including email templates and engagement trackers, to support the long-term programmability of the YEMP program at Myrtle Avenue 

  • Facilitated effective youth and merchant engagement through structured outreach initiatives, interest forms, and program intake processes.

  • Documented and unified all templates and trackers to ensure a smooth transition in project management to new staff hire

  • Led the recruitment, interview, and onboarding of a full-time project leader.

  • Maintained consistent engagement with the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, securing essential resources to ensure successful project outcome

Project Summary: 

In the wake of staff turnover and organizational transition for the client, Perch successfully developed a comprehensive digital infrastructure for the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership to assist them in the execution their Youth Entrepreneur Mentorship Program (YEMP). Perch facilitated effective youth and merchant engagement through structured outreach initiatives, interest forms, and program intake processes, ensuring long-term programmability. Additionally, we maintained consistent engagement with the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development and assisted in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding a full-time project leader to lead the project into the future.
